Most of our products are eligible for return & refund. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed & undamaged with all its labels, tags completely intact with original packaging are eligible for returns / exchanges.
Return / exchange period lasts only for 2 days from the date of delivery. After this period we will not be able to accept return / exchange.
You will have to send us an email about the product at info@aurrastores.com or Whatsapp at +91 70659 46047. Once your request for return is approved, you will have to ship the product at our address. After receiving the product and successful quality check, the refund / exchange will be initiated.

Once the quality check is done of the returned product, the refund will be transferred to your account within next 24 TO 48 hours.
